• Tenders are invited for Refurbishment of University Cultural Centre Phase II Tender Fee: 1500/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 35000/- Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Works Engineer, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Gangodawila, Nugegoda - Telephone - 011-2801185, Fax : 011-2801604 and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 22nd November 2021 between 09.00 hrs and 14.30 hrs on any working day until 13th December 2021. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of an on demand unconditional bank guarantee or cash deposited at Shroff at USJP in the amount as mentioned above issued by a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders on submission of a written application to the Works Engineer, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Gangodawila, Nugegoda from 22nd November 2021 until 13th December 2021 from 09.00 hrs to 14.30 hrs on working days upon payment of a non-refundable fee as in the attached table. The method of payment will be at the Shroff. University of Sri Jayewardenepura, in cash only. Bids shall be delivered in duplicate to the address given below at or before 14.30 hrs on 15th December 2021. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing at the Land, Building & Infrastructure Development Division of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in the presence of Bidders- representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall be valid up to 15th March 2022. Bid Security shall be valid up to 12th April 2022. Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at Land, Building & Infrastructure Development Division, University of Sri Jayewardenepura at 10.00 a.m. on 2nd December 2021.
