• Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of FC24/D4/MC in Mahadivulwewa Scheme Bid Security: 153000/-. A complete set of Bidding documents in English (in two copies) may be purchased during office hours (from 9.30hrs to 14.30hrs from 23/08/2023 to 14/09/2023 from Director of Irrigation-s Office, [Trincomalee] for a nonrefundable fee of SLR Rs. 8,000.00 for each set on submission of a written application addressed to Director of Irrigation, Office of the Director of Irrigation, Inner Harbour Road, Trincomalee. Interested eligible bidders may inspect Bidding document free of charge prior to collection if desired and obtain further information from Director of Irrigation (Trincomalee) T.P: 026-2222524 Pre-bid meeting will be held at Director of Irrigation-s Office, Trincomalee commencing at 09.30 hrs on 05/09/2023. Prospective bidders are requested to inspect the sites on 06/09/2023 commencing at 9.30 hrs. With the assistance of following officers participate in the pre-bid meeting. Bids must be delivered to the Tender Box kept in room of Director of Irrigation, Trincomalee or sent via Registered Post at or before 2.30 hrs on 14/09/2023 to the following address. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend. The Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Office of the Director of Irrigation, Inner Harbour Road, Trincomalee. Please write “Bid for [Contract Number]” on top of left hand corner of the envelope. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security with validity period as mentioned in the table.
