• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of Production and Market Access Agri Road in Banana Production Program at Rajanganaya, Anuradhapura District, North Central Province. Tender Fee: 5000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 381000/- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Project Director, Agriculture Sector Modernization Project (T.P: 0252227890/0776189143/0716902271FaxNo: 0252227885) (Email: - poncpasmp@gmail.com) and inspect the bidding documents at the same place on any working day from 9:00 hrs to 14:00 hrs. Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 7,h January 2022 at 10.30 am at Provincial Project Management Unit, Agriculture Sector Modernization Project, NIPHM Premises, Jayanthi Mawatha, Anuradhapura. Bid shall be valid up to 16th May 2022. Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid security as per the information given in the Table. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Provincial Project Management Unit, Agriculture Sector Modernization Project, NIPHM Premises, Jayanthi Mawatha, Anuradhapura from 30th December 2021 until 18th January 2022 from 9:00 hrs to 14:00 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee as mentioned in the above Table. The method of payment should be by cash. Bids must be delivered to the Provincial Project Management Unit, Agriculture Sector Modernization Project, NIPHM Premises, Jayanthi Mawatha, Anuradhapura at or before 12:00 hrs. on 1811' January 2021. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the mentioned address at 14:00 hrs on 18th January 2022.
