• Tenders are invited for Removal and Burning of All Rubber Mixed Mattresses, Linen, Slippers, Shoes Etc. Discarded by the Hospital. . 02. All applications should be despatched to the Deputy Director General, National Hospital of Sri Lanka, Colombo 10, by Registered Post with the caption “Registration of Suppliers for the Year 2022” mentioned on the top left-hand corner of the cover containing the application. Further, the non-refundable Bid Fee of Rs. 1000/= should be paid separately for each item expected to be registered for. Photocopies of receipts for these payments made by cash only to this office are required to be attached with (he applications. Payments by cheque or by Money Orders will not be accepted. Separate applications should be submitted for each item. (Should pay special attention regarding this.) 04. Although preference is given to registered Suppliers for Supplies and Services, the National Hospital of Sri Lanka has the right to call for applications from other reputed Suppliers too. Action will he taken to write off the names of the selected Suppliers from Registers who fail to Supply Goods / Services according to the anticipated standards and as per the samples and agreements. 05. Receiving of applications will be closed on 05.11.2021. Applications received after this date will be rejected. 06. The Deputy Director General of the National Hospital of Sri Lanka, Colombo 10, reserves the right to accept / reject any application without assigning reasons whatsoever. 3 07. Suppliers who are entitled for registration, if have not registered as a government supplier in www.promice.lk website, they should take action to register themselves.
