• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Renovation of Existing facilities in to Technological Laboratories WP/CO/Ananda Balika Vidyalaya. Non refundable Fee (Rs.): 3,000/- Value of Bid Security (Rs.) 105 (one hundred five) days after the dead line for bid submission): 32.000.00 or 16.000.00 Cash Deposit Estimated cost of construction excluding VAT (Direct Construction Cost): 1,634,365.00 Qualification requirements to qualify for contract award include following criteria: • Bidder should have minimum Three (03) years' Experience in the field of Building Construction and Completion as a main contractor of a building construction One (01) project of similar nature. • Average of the annual turnover of construction work performed in the last five years as at the date of closing of bids shall be not less than Contract No. 02 - 3.3 million Rupees. • The minimum amount of Liquid Assets and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments and exclusive of any advance payment which may be made under the contract shall be not less than Contract No. 02 - 1.2 million Rupees.
