• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Renovations of the Main Building at Department of Zoology & Environment Science, Faculty of Science-Internal Works, Stage I University of Colombo. Experience in the construction works of at least one contract of similar nature with the value of Rs.13,000,000. Average of annual volume of construction work performed in the last five years shall be at least Rs.57,000,000. The minimum amount of credit facility net of other contractual commitment and exclusive of any advance payment which may be made under the contract shall be not less than Rs 9,600,000. Payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees five thousand five hundred (Rs.5,500). Non-refundable fee can be paid to the University Main Collection Account by using reference No. 505170600013 to any People-s Bank branch. Bid Security of Rupees One Hundred & Ninety Two thousand (Rs. 192,000).
