• Tenders are invited for Rent / Lease Building for use as Official Quarters of Electrical Superintendent (Poojapitiya) in Galagedara Area for a Period of 02 years. Requirements 1. Building should be Approx1750 -2000sqft with minimum 03 Nos.of bedrooms. 2. Building should be located in and around ECSC Poojapitiya. 3. Need water, electricity, telephone facilities. 4. Need security fence / wall around the premises. 5. Parking facilities for at least 01 vehicle.
