• Tenders are invited for Rent / Lease a Building to Facilitate Relocating Marketing Department Office Space and Utilize for Raw Material Storage. Compulsory Requirements •♦• Total Area (Office and Warehouse) should be Approximately 7000 to 10000 Square Feet. * Location should be within 3km Radius from the Existing Manufacturing Plant. ♦ the Warehouse should be Facilitated with Water, Electricity and Telephone. • Wide Access and should be Located in Non-Congested Area for the Entry and Moving of Containers (20ft and 40ft) in the Premises. ♦ Wall/Fence with a Lockable Gate should have around the Warehouse. ♦ should have the Roof Height of the Warehouse 15 Feet or More. ♦ the Roof of the Warehouse should have a Ceiling or Concrete Slab. ♦ should have Air Conditioning Facility for Every Part of the Building. ♦ the Land and Warehouse should be Free of Flood Hazards and should not be a Marshy Land. ♦ Free from High Voltage Electricity Lines around or above the Land. ♦ Facility for Loading and Unloading of Goods. ♦ Forklift should be Able to Move in the Warehouse. • Fire Extinguishers should be Properly Installed. ♦ the Facility should have Sufficient Ventilation and Lighting.
