• Tenders are invited for Rent / Lease a Building for the Trincomalee Study Centre The Open University of Sri Lanka will receive sealed bids up to 1400 his on 23rd November 2021 from those who wish to rent/lease a building situated preferably within 03 km in the vicinity of Trincomalee Municipality. The building should have more than 2500 sqft floor area, vehicle parking facility, sanitary, water and electricity etc. Priority will be given to buildings with ground floor facing the main road. The building should be suited for conducting lectures/examinations with office facilities. Interested bidders are requested to submit their bids with necessary details such as a copy of the deed, floor area and number of rooms, access routes, expected monthly rent/lease and any other facilities available with pertinent details of the property. Incomplete bids will be rejected. Sealed bids marked "Lease / Rent a Building for the Trincomalee Study Centre of the Open University of Sri Lanka" on the top left corner of the envelope and addressed to the "Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, Capital Works & Planning Division, The Open University of Sri Lanka, Nawala, Nugegoda" should be deposited either in the tender Box kept in the Capital Works Division, The Open University of Sri Lanka or sent by registered post to reach on or before 1400 hrs on 23rd November 2021 or handed over to Assistant Director/TYincomalee Study Centre by 17th, November 2021 to be to be received at the Capital Works & Planning Division of the OUSL. Bids will be opened at 1400 hrs on 23rd November 2021 at the Boardroom of the Registrar-s Office of OUSL. Bidders or authorized representatives of the Bidders will be allowed to be present at the time of the opening of bids.
