Description:
Applications are invited from principals to rent out a fully-equipped building situated in Nuwara Eliya area to use as a Holiday Bungalow for the staff of Sri Lanka Telecom PLC. The building should have fully-equipped about 08 rooms with all modern facilities, including attached bathrooms with hot water facilities and furniture, electricity power (Three-phase), water supply with minimum of 3000L storage facilities, required household items to run a holiday bungalow furnished, dining hall and kitchen with kitchenware, caretaker room and driver rest room (for 4 drivers), parking facilities (at least four light vehicles), and a fascinating surrounding. Located within close proximity to city limit would be an added advantage.
