• Tenders are invited for Rent out or Lease out Buildings for New Land Registry Offices in Kaduwela, Narammala, Kundasale, Walasmulla Building Premises Office Square Feet Land Registiy Office Kaduwela 11500 - 12500 Land Registiy Office Narammala 7500 - 8000 Land Registiy Office Kundasale 7500 - 8000 Land Registiy Office Walasmulla 7500 - 8000 Office Required Specifications Land Registry Office * Should be within City limits * Access road for vehicles and minimum parking space for 15 vehicles You should prepare bidding documents in duplicate along with internal plan of the building and ownership of the building and sealed quotation should be sent to the Registrar General's Department, No. 234/A3, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, Battaramulla by registered post or by hand before 2.00 p.m. on 21/10/2021 or should put in the tender box placed in Supplies Section of the department. “Rent out or lease out a building for Land Registry Offices/Record Room 2021“ should be mentioned on top left-hand corner of the envelope. Tender will be opened on 21/10/2021 at 2.00 p.m. and quotations submitted after that will be refused.
