• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Renting of Premises to Conduct a Restaurant to Sell Local Foods near the Old Entrance to Galle Fort All bids should be valid until 07th June 2022. A set of bid forms, including set of conditions and Agreement forms could be obtained from the Accounts Division of the Galle Heritage Foundation on any working day from 6th April 2022 until 26th April 2022 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on payment of a non-re fundable fee of Rs. 500/- A pre-bid meeting will be held at the main office of the Galle Heritage Foundation at No. 12, Rampart Street, Fort, Galle at 10.30 a.m. on 25th April 2022. An unconditional bid bond from a recognized commercial bank for a sum of Rupees thirty six thousand (Rs. 36,000/-), in the name of the Chairman, Galle Heritage Foundation, valid until 07th June 2022 should be submitted along with the bid. The bid bond could also be deposited in cash. All bids should be accompanied by the bid bond as described above and a photocopy of the receipt obtained by paying the non-refundable fee mentioned in 05 above.
