• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Repair and Maintenance of Fire and Safety Equipment Application Forms for Registration could be obtained from my office on submission of a written request and a non-refundable cash payment of Rs. 300/= (i.e. 260.87 + 15% VAT) for each category of Services. All applications duly completed should be hand delivered or sent by Registered Post with the letter issued from the Commissioner of Inland Revenue Department regarding the payment of Value Added Tax (VAT) to reach the Manager (Procurerment & Stores), Ceylon Petroleum Corporation, No. 609, Dr. Danister De Silva Mawatha, Colombo 09, at or before 1600 hrs. on 16th November 2022.
