• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Repair for Waste Water Treatment Diant. A non-refundable fee of Rs 1,000.00 for each sub category (details of the sub categories and the item code should be obtained from www.cea.lk) should be paid by cash to the cashier, Central Environmental Authority or could be deposited to the Central Environmental Authority, current Account No. 0002937303 at Bank of Ceylon, Pelawatta branch & the receipt with the payment should be attached with the application. Self-prepared application in accordance with the specimen given in the CEA Website should be duly perfected and sent to the undermentioned address to be received on or before 09th December 2022 with the receipt for the payment made along with a copy of the business registration certificate which is mandatory. Suppliers applying for printing works should submit a copy of the registration certificate (if registered with the Department of National Archives). Applications can either be sent by registered post or deposited in the application box for Registration of Suppliers - 2023 kept at the administration section at the address below. The caption “Registration of Suppliers for the year 2023” should be mentioned at the left side top corner of the envelope containing the application.
