• Tenders are invited for Repairing and Maintenance of CCTV Applications will be Received up to 3.00 p.m. On 11.11.2021 for the Registration of Suppliers and Contractors for the Supply of Undermentioned Goods and Services. The Relevant Application should Be Self Prepared and Submitted. All Applications should be Sent by Registered Post to Reach the “Chairman, Mirigama Pradeshiya Sabha, Mirigama” along with Registration Fees. Money Orders will Not be Accepted. Cheques should be Drawn in Favour of “Chairman, Mirigama Pradeshiya Sabha, Mirigama”. Suppliers should Get Registered on Payment of a Sum of Rs. 500.00 for each Item Mentioned Below. The Top Left Hand Corner of the Envelope Containing the Application should be Marked as “Registration of Suppliers and Contractors - 2022”. (C) REGISTRATION FEES FOR CONTRACTORS 01.
