• Tenders are invited for Repairing and Maintenance of CCTV Systems A non refundable registration fee of Rs. 1000.00 should be paid to the Shroff of the General Hospital, Kandy in cash for each item and the original receipt (Form General 172) should be attached to the application. (Money Orders and Cheques will not be accepted) All applications may either be sent by registered post addressed to “Director, National Hospital, Kandy” or deposited in the tender Box kept in the office of the Chief Accountant to receive before 14.30 hrs on 15.11.2021. The caption “Registration of Suppliers - 2022” and the Item Nos. of items for which registration is sought should be definitely mentioned on the left-hand top corner of the envelope containing the application.
