• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Repairing and Servicing of Electrical Equipment including Washing Machines, Electric Fans, Water Pumps, Electric Kettles, Boilers, Television Sets, Sewing Machines, Microwave Equipment A non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000.00 for each item as registration fee should be paid in cash to the Shroff of the Colombo North Teaching Hospital between 8.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on working days from 27.10.2023 until 23.11.2023 and the original of Form General 172 receipt issued by the hospital should be attached to the application. (Money Orders and Cheques will not be accepted.) All applications may either be sent by registered post to the address given below or hand delivered to receive on or before 24.11.2023 and the caption “Registration of Suppliers - 2024” should be mentioned on the left hand top corner of the envelope containing the application. Late applications will not be accepted. Further, no requests thereafter will be entertained.
