• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Repairing of Electrical Appliances, (Refrigerators/Air Conditioners / Video/ Camera, Computers & Fans, Cctv Systems, etc.) One Supplier can register for one or more number of Supplies/ services/ Contracts paying LKR 1,000.00 as a nonrefundable fee for each category for which registration is applied, by crediting to the University bank account No. 055-100110667549 in the People's Bank, Kelaniya. The University of Kelaniya will in principle, call for quotations from the registered suppliers. However, it reserves the right to make inquiries and purchase from those who are not registered as well. Terms and Conditions: 1. Suppliers/authorized dealers who are already registered with the University should re-apply for registration for the year 2022. 2. Relevant organization should possess a valid Business Registration & copy of the same should be uploaded. 3. If the intended applicant is a limited liability company, Certificate of Incorporation of the company should be uploaded. 4. If the intended applicant is an organization other than a limited liability company, a copy of the certificate of registration should be uploaded. 5. If the organizations supply goods which are manufactured and produced by other organizations (Principals), the authorization letter issued by the principal company should be uploaded. 6. Applicant should have at least three years of experience in the relevant category applying. 7. Bank details of the company should be uploaded, a clear copy of bank details eg. Account Name, Account No., Bank, Branch, etc.) 8. Bank slip, VAT Registration Certificate or the VAT exemption letter issued by the General of Inland Revenue should be uploaded. 9. Every applicant should agree to provide a credit facility at least for one month. 10. Incomplete, informal and applications without the relevant supporting documents will not be considered for registration. 11. The successful submission of the application and the organization/ person is registered for the year 2022 will be communicated to the given email address. Hence, the applicant must provide frequently used e-mail address in the application. 12. All applicants shall first register with the Government web site promise.Ik under the Vendor Registration and confirm the same in the application.
