• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Repairing of Vehicles including Tractors, Cab Vehicles, Backhoes, Gully Bowsers, Servicing of Vehicles including Cab Vehicles, Backhoes, Gully Bowsers, Tractors Repairing of Domestic Air Conditioners Provision of Surveying Services Conditions: A Registration Fee of Rs. 2000/- will be charged to register as a contractor. May register by sending an application before 31.12.2021 along with a cheque drawn in favour of "Chairman/Secretary, Weligama Pradeshiya Sabha, Weligama" or by paying in cash. The caption, "Registration of Contractors - 2022" should be mentioned on the left-hand top corner of the envelope containing the application. (Money Orders will not be accepted) Only the contractors residing within the Pradeshiya Sabha limits and registered institutions will be registered for value below Rs. 02 million. If a contractor registered with the CIDA (ICTAD), copy of the CIDA/ICTAD Registration Certificate should be submitted. Others should submit a copy of the Business Registration Certificate, documentary evidence of the financial resources, physical resources and capabilities with the application. Application forms may be obtained from the Works Division of the Head Office of the Weligama Pradeshiya Sabha. Conditions: 1. May register by sending an application along with the details of supplies, a cheque for Rs. 300/- for Item Nos. 14 to 23 and Rs. 500.00 for other items (01 to 13 and from 24 to 29) drawn in favour of "Chairman/ Secretary, Weligama Pradeshiya Sabha, Weligama" and the Business Registration Certificate. (Money Orders will not be accepted). 2. Supplies and Services should be delivered to the Weligama Pradeshiya Sabha. 3. Generally, quotations are invited from registered suppliers and the prices submitted should be static for at least six (06) months and the Pradeshiya Sabha reserves the right to obtain goods from other suppliers when deemed necessary. 4.
