• Tenders are invited for Repairs to and Servicing of Electric Laundry Machinery and Servicing and Maintenance Works of Steam Boilers Applicants should have to pay a sum of non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1,500/ = , separately in respect of each item of goods or services. Payment could be made at this office in cash and photostat copies of the receipts should be submitted along with the applications. Cheques and money orders will not be accepted. For each registration work, separate applications should be forwarded and strict attention should be taken with regard to the information of this matter. Even though, preference will be given to the registered suppliers, normally for the supplies, and services, when calling for quotations, National Hospital of Sri Lanka reserves the right to call quotations and effect supplies, and services from the non registered suppliers, too. Further, the names of those suppliers, who fail to supply goods and services as per the prescribed standards and quality and according to the needed samples and who fails to submit goods and services according to the contract agreements laid down will be delisted from the registered list of suppliers. All the applications will be entertained up to 22.11.2022, and late applications received after that date will be rejected.
