• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Repairs of Hydraulic Hoses A non-refundable sum of Rs. 500/= for each Supply and Service mentioned below and Rs. 200/= for every additional Supply and Service should be paid as fees. Applications should be submitted along with a Money Order of which the Payee should be Provincial Director (Mechanical), Office of the Provincial Director (Mechanical), Kahagolla, Bandarawela and the paying Post Office "Bandarawela" or the receipt obtained for the payment made to the office by cash and a certified copy of the Business Registration Certificate. All applications should be sent to reach the "Provincial Director (Mechanical), Office of the Provincial Director (Mechanical), Kahagolla, Bandarawela" under Registered Post or hand delivered before 31.12.2021. The top left hand corner of the envelope containing the applications should be marked as "Registration of Suppliers - 2022".
