• Tenders are invited for Replacement of Two Sets of Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps with Ancillary Items in the Pier Chiller Plant Room of the Pier Building, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake Offers should be submitted on Bidding Documents obtainable from the Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake on a cash payment of Rupees Fifty Thousand (Rs. 50,000.00) being a non-refundable Document Fee, together with an official letter of request, issued by the Bidder. Bidding Documents will be issued between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on any working day from 07.02.2022 up to 04.03.2022. Bids shall be delivered either by registered post or hand delivered addressed to the Chairman, Ministry Procurement Committee, State Ministry of Aviation & Export Zones Development, 30th Floor, West Tower, World Trade Centre, Colombo 01 at or before 2.00 p.m. on 07th March 2022. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of Bidders or their authorized representatives. A Pre Bid Meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 21st February 2022 at the Office of Mechanical Engineering Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake, Sri Lanka. An on demand Bid Guarantee equivalent to Rupees Four Million (Rs. 4,000,000.00) in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a Bank approved by the Central Bank, operating in Sri Lanka and payable to Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited should be submitted with the Bid.
