SCOPE OF WORK The development company will be responsible for the following: ● Requirements Gathering and Documentation: o Engage with stakeholders (parents, guardians, clinicians, hospital staff) through workshops and sessions to gather detailed requirements. o Produce a User Requirements Specification (URS) outlining functional and non-functional requirements. o Develop a Software Requirements Specification (SRS) detailing technical requirements, system architecture, and functional specifications. o 6 ● Mobile App Development: o Design and develop the app for iOS and Android using an open-source technology stack (e.g., React Native, PostgreSQL). o The system must be developed and supported by the latest and two (2) previous versions of Android and iOS application stores. o Implement features for accessing care records, submitting feedback, and securely sharing medical data. o Include multilingual support (Sinhala, Tamil, English) and accessibility features for lowliteracy users. ● Upgrading HHIMS software: o Work closely with the LRH Health Informatics team to upgrade the HHIMS-LRH software to the latest PHP stack to ensure seamless integration and data security. o The current HHIMS version is based on PHP 7.0 and CodeIgniter 2 frameworks.
