• Tenders are invited for Restoration of Wesley College Pavilion The College Administration along with the Old Boys Union, has planned a comprehensive list of programs including the restoration of the Wesley Pavilion, a 120-year heritage building. We invite bids from experienced civil contractors with the following eligibility criteria, to submit competitive bids in compliance with the BOQ and conditions as detailed in the Bid Document, A) Minimum Five years- experience in the field of Civil Construction. B) Past experience of successfully completing projects with a contract value of a Minimum Rs 70,000,000/- within the last five years supported by documentary evidence. C) Relevant ICTAD Grading will be an advantage. A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased from the Wesley College Office between the hours of 8 am and 12 noon, from the 18th August to the 26th September 2023, on submission of a Non-refundable deposit of Rs 5,000/- made to the account set out below along with a written application. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as set out in the bidding document. Bids shall be in duplicate and addressed to the Chairman-Contracts Committee, Wesley College Restoration Project and deposited in the Tender Box located in the Wesley College Office on or before 2 pm on 27th September 2023. Bids will be opened in the Wesley College Board Room at 2.15 pm on the same day. Late Bids will be rejected.
