• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Roof & Upper Floor Renovation Work of Two Storied Branch Building at Mihinthale Bid Security (Bank/ Insurance Guarantee, or Refundable Cash Deposit) Rs. 240000/- Non- Refundable Fee with Sscl & Vat Rs. 6000/ - Construction Period: 105 Days A Bidder may bid for the above any location/s or all locations as per bidder-s own expression. Bids shall be valid up to 91 days (16th' February 2023) from bid opening date or any extended period. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as mentioned above. Bid Security shall be valid up to 119 days (16lh March 2023) from bid opening date. Bid Security shall be in either Bank Guarantee or Insurance Guarantee (Bond) which is unconditional, irrevocable & encashable on first demand, if it is not a Cash Deposit. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Assistant General Manager (Engineering), Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank, 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Kelaniya, through Oil 2035474, 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs from 2511' October 2022 to 16"' November 2022. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language shall be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of written application to Chief Human Resource Officer, Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank (RL)B), 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Kelaniya, from 26th October 2022 to 16th November 2022 from 9.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs upon payment of above mentioned non-refundable fee. The method of payment shall be in cash. Interested bidders may inspect the bidding documents at the same address. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 09,h November 2022 at 11.00 hrs at the Meeting Room (02lul Floor), Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank (RDB), 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Kelaniya. The Bidder, at the Bidder-s own responsibility and risk, is requested to visit and examine the Site of required work and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Bid and entering into a contract. The costs of visiting the Site shall be at the Bidder's own expense. Sealed Bids shall be delivered or deposited to tender box (located in the Ground Floor of the RDB Head Office) to the Chairman, the Corporate Procurement Committee - Minor (CPC - Minor), Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank (RDB), 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Kelaniya, on or before 14.00 hrs on 17,h November 2022. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing of the bidding in the presence of the bidders- authorized representatives. Also, indicate the respective "Location & Bid Number” on the top left corner of the envelope enclosing the bid. Bids shall be submitted in individual envelope for each location separately.
