- Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of valuable land located at No. 238 - A, Pannala Road, Yogiyana, Dankotuwa, vested with the People's Bank. Tender applications must be submitted on forms obtained from the Manager - Recoveries Department. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000 is required for the application, and a refundable deposit of Rs. 50,000 must be made for each tender. The highest tenderers must pay an advance of 25% of the offer within 10 days of acceptance notification, with the balance due within 30 days. Tenders will be opened on 2nd June 2026 at 3:00 p.m. in the presence of the Tender Evaluation Committee.
