• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Selecting an Institution to Provide Facility Management Service for “Mehewara Piyasa” Building A complete set of bidding documents in English language can be obtained by interested bidders from the Finance Division, Department of Labour, 9th Floor, Mehewara Piyasa Building, Colombo 05 upon submission of a written application at or before 3.00 pm on 30th January 2023 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.5,000.00. (The payment will be made in cash). Bids must be hand delivered or sent by registered post to the Chairman, Procurement Committee, Department of Labour, Finance Division, 9th Floor, Mehewara Piyasa Building, Colombo 05 until 2.00 pm on 31st January 2023. Late submissions will be unopened and returned. Bids will be opened soon after closing bids at Finance Division,Department of Labour, 9th Floor, Mehewara Piyasa Building,, Colombo 05 in the presence of the bidders- representatives nominated to be attended. Bids shall be valid up to 4th April 2023. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as in Section VIII of amount of Rs. 600,000.00 and valid until 18th April 2023.
