• Description:
• Expression of Interest are invited for Selection of Consultancy Firm for Conducting Business Analysis. The scope of the assignment should cover the following key areas; a) Carrying out a business background study and current market statistics, both locally and internationally, which are applicable for the industry within which CLTMC operates. b) Assessment of the existing business model of CLTMC and the Gap Analysis (to achieve more results) c) Assessment of financial feasibility of each SBU under appropriate methodologies for financial evaluation and issuance of first draft report including scenario / sensitivity analysis cl) Articulating scenario/ sensitivity analysis on appropriate key variables in order to validate the financial and business implication of any unfavorable movement on such variables as per the management response to the first draft report issued. e) Issuance of final report after addressing the concerns raised based on the first draft report. The final report should be delivered in a maximum of 28 days.
