• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Selection of an Event Management Company to Manage Sri Lanka Pavilion of Expo 2020 Dubai. If the bid is submitted with a joint venture/partnership or a company that intend to enter into a joint venture/partnership, respective joint venture/partner should have minimum of 05 years' experience in event Management with annual turnover of US$ two hundred and fifty thousand (us $ 250,000) per year from 2016 to 2018. Depositing/Online transfer of Rs. 15,000 (Rupees fifteen thousand only) being nonrefundable tender fee in-favor of Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau, on or before 25th June 2021, credit of account number 007119985 maintained at Bank of Ceylon, Corporate Branch A Pre-Bid Meeting in this regard will be held on 18th June 2021 at 10:00 am. Bids must be delivered or deposited in the tender box at the Procurement Division (Basement), Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau, No. 80, Galle Road, Colombo 03 on or before 2.00 pm on 28th June 2021.
