• Tenders are invited for Selection of a Marketing Agency/S for Marketing of Remaining Housing Units in Elliot Residencies at Elliot Place, Borella under Construction Housing Complexes under Housing Division, Undertaken by the Urban Development Authority Tender Fee (Rs.): 34,000.00 + Govt.Taxes Values of the Bid Security (Rs. Mn.) : 1.85 Mn.(Rs. 1,850,000.00) Bid shall be delivered with duplicate to the following address at or before 2.00 p.m. on 23.10.2024. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who authorized by the bidder. The envelope containing bid document must clearly be marked as "Selection of Marketing Agency for Marketing of Remaining Housing Units in Housing Complexes under Housing Division” at the top left-hand corner of the envelope.
