• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Selection of an Operator to Maintain and Operate the Toilet Systems on Monthly Rent Basis, Situated at the New Manning Trading Complex at Peliyagoda Interested applicants can obtain the relevant applications containing details from 01st September 2023 up to 14th September 2023 on weekly working days between 9.30 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. from the Procurement Section of the Urban Development Authority, on the 7th Floor, "Sethsiripaya", Battaramulla on payment of a non- refundable fee of Rs. 2,500.00 + Taxes. Further, the Tender Forms can be inspected free of charge during the above time period. A refundable deposit of Rs. 150,000.00 should be paid to the Finance Section of the Authority and the receipt thus received should be attached with the application. This deposit amount will be released once a suitable Operator is selected. Selected Operator should pay an amount equal to three months rental as a Security Deposit which will be refunded at the end of the rental period.
