• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Selection of an Operator for the Maintaining and Operation of the Restaurant and the Observation Chamber Constructed in the Haputale Town by the Urban Development Authority, For a Period of 05 Years on Monthly Rent Basis. Interested applicants сап obtain applications containing relevant details either from the Procurement Section of the Urban Development Authority on the 7th Floor, "Sethsiripaya", Battaramulla or from the Uva Provincial Office of the Urban Development Authority in the Badulla Town, from 05.10.2023 to 24.10.2023 on weekly working days between 9.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,500/ = (without VAT) and the relevant tender documents can be inspected free of charge during the above period. When quotations are submitted, the receipt received for the payment of a security amount for Rs. 100,000/ = made to the Finance Section of the Authority should be attached with the application. This amount will be released once an operator is selected.
