• Tenders are invited for Selection of an Operator - "Nilwala Gangabada Urban Development Authorizent Basis for Monthly Rental Basis for a Periodyle Basis for a Periodyle. Interested applicants could obtain applications inclusive of relevant details from 21.11.2023 up to 07.12.2023 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days from the Procurement Unit of the Urban Development Authority, 7th Floor, Sethsiripaya, Battaramulla or Matara District Office of Urban Development Authority at No. 7-1/1, H.G.P.M. Building, Kotuwegoda, Matara, upon payment of a non-refundable sum of Rs. 7,500/= and SSCL (2.5%) and VAT (15%). In submitting Bids, a tender deposit of Rs. 250,000.00 should be paid in cash and the receipt of same should be attached to the Bid application.
