• Tenders are invited for Service and Repairs of Air Conditioning Systems of Terberg Yard Tractors Tender Fee: 3000/-. Non Refundable Bid Security: 110000/- Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Chief Engineer (Mechanical Plant), Mechanical Plant Engineering Division, Sri Lanka Ports Authority, 45, Leyden Bastian Road, Colombo 01 and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during office hours. A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders from Engineering Works Branch, Sri Lanka Ports Authority, 45, Leyden Bastian Road, Colombo 01, on submission of a written application addressed to the Chief Engineer (Mechanical Plant), upon payment of a non-refundable fee indicated in Column 04 by cash from 21.09.2021 (09.00 Hrs to 15.00 Hrs ) up to days prior to the closing date . Bids must be delivered to the address below and on or before closing time of relevant date. Late bids shall not be accepted. Bids will be opened at the same address immediately after the closing of tender in the presence of the bidders- representatives. All bids shall be accompanied by the amount of relevant Bid Security.
