• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Service and Supply of Fire Extinguishers & Safety Equipment Application for Registration of Suppliers for the year 2023 will be issued 011 any working day between 9.00 a.m, and 4.00 p.m. from 08th November 2022 up to 09th December 2022 in the Procurement & Supplies Division of Colombo Commercial Fertilizers Ltd, Hunupitiya, Wattala. A complete set of application forms in English Language could be purchased by the prospective applicants on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,500.00 in cash separately for each category mentioned above. The sealed envelope containing the duly perfected Application Form with the words, "Registration of Suppliers for the year 2023" marked on the top left- hand corner of the envelope should be sent to reach Acting Deputy Manager - Procurement & Supplies, Colombo Commercial Fertilizers Ltd, Head Office, Hunupitiya, Wattala, 011 or before 09th December 2022.
