• Tenders are invited for Servicing and Maintaining of Centralized Air-conditioning Systems and Mortuary Freezers01 Professors' Building Petra 75 Ton Chiller Machine 02 75 Ton Cooling Tower 02 Ahu Affiliated to it 05 Petra 10 Ton Air Cool Package 02 Gigu Surgery 15 Ton Air Cool Package 03 Main Surgery Building Train 50 Ton Air Cook Package 03 02 Mortuary Freezers a - 5.5 Hp 01 G - 3.5 Hp 01 H - 3.5 Hp 01 Interested bidders or their agents can obtain the relevant bid documents from 13.08.2021 up to 01.09.2021, on weekly working days, between 9.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m., from the Finance Section of the Colombo North Teaching Hospital, on submission of the following: • Written application made to the Director of the Colombo North Teaching Hospital. • Copy of the payment receipt for Rs. 2000.00, made to the Shroff of the Colombo North Teaching Hospital, as non refundable fee per item. Sealed bids could either be sent by registered post addressed to Chairman, Procurement Committee of the Colombo North Teaching Hospital or placed in the tender box kept at the office of the Chief Accountant of the Colombo North Teaching Hospital, to be received at or before 10.30 a.m. on 02.09.2021. Bids received late will be rejected. Bidder or one of his authorized representatives can be present at the bid opening.
