• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Servicing and Maintenance Agreement for Electric Generators Refundable Deposit (Rs.): 10000/- Non Refundable Fee (Rs.): 3000/- Application forms could be obtained from 10.09.2021 up to 23.09.2021 during working days of the week between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. from the Director's Office of this Hospital after depositing a non-refundable fee with the Shroff of the Ampara General Hospital and applications should be submitted using only these forms. Applications should be prepared as original copy and duplicate copy and enclosed in separate envelopes and sealed and submitted before the closing time at 10.00 a.m. on 24.09.2021 and they will be opened at 10.15 a.m. on this day in the presence of the Procurement Board at the Director's Office of the Ampara General Hospital. The applicants or their representatives could be present on this occasion. Sealed applications should be sent by registered post addressed to the Director, General Hospital, Ampara to be received before the closing time or should be inserted in the bid box kept in the Director's Office.
