• Tenders are invited for Servicing and Maintenance of Window Type, Split Type Air Conditioner, Central A/C Systems and Cool Rooms for Year 2022/2023. Bid documents should be obtained from the Shroffs Office of this hospital upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000.00 and bid documents will be issued on weekdays from 28.03.2022 up to 22.04.2022 between 9.00 a.m. and 2.45 p.m. The refundable bid security of Rs. 100,000.00 obtained after payment to the Shroff's Office of the Auradhapura Teaching Hospital should be sent along with the duly completed tenders prepared in two copies, by registered post addressed to the Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Teaching Hospital, Anuradhapura to receive before 22.04.2022 or should be inserted in the tender box kept in the Accountant's Office of this hospital. The words "Bid for providing air conditioning and maintenance services to Anuradhapura Teaching Hospital / Nursing School / Food Technology Laboratory - 2022/2023" should be marked on the top left-hand corner of the envelope containing the bid.
