• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Staff Transport Service (to Travel about 1 Km in between Bogambara and the Institute at Hantana Road, Kandy (about 1 Km). • Morning Trip (from Bogambara) - a Bus to Transport at Least 35 Staff Members • Evening Trip (from the Institute) - a Bus to Transport at Least 45 Staff Members Bid Security: 5000/- A complete set of Bidding documents in duplicate can be obtained from the Administrative Division upon submission of a written application to the Office mentioned above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/= from 03.11.2021 to 22.11.2021 from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs on working days. Sealed Bids shall be delivered to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, National Institute of Fundamental Studies before 11.00 a.m. on 23.11.2021 or can be deposited in the Tender Box No. 02 kept at the Director's Committee Room. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened at the Director's Committee Room, National Institute of Fundamental Studies, Hantana Road, Kandy at 11.00 a.m. on 23.11.2021 in the presence of the representatives of the Bidders who are interested in participating at the occasion and those who do not wish to participate physically, they can join through the online fiatform (Zoom) by requesting the Zoom Link from the Administration Division before the bid opening date. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as mentioned above, valid for 90 days from the bid opening date. The Bid Security should be obtained from a commercial bank in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank, in favour of "National Institute of Fundamental Studies, Hantana Road, Kandy".
