• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Sterilization of Dogs Bid documents and other documents may be obtained between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. from 01.04.2022 until 21.04.2022 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 750.00 and submission of the receipt obtained for the payment of a refundable fee of Rs. 20,000.00 to the Accounts Division of this office on working days. Following conditions are applicable. • Sterilization should be performed by a qualified Veterinary Surgeon • Application should be submitted in duplicate and whether Original or Duplicate should be mentioned on the top left-hand corner of the envelope. • Decision of the Grants / Procurement Committee shall be final.
