• Tenders are invited for Suitable Building on Lease to Relocate the Bank of Ceylon Bus Stand Branch. A ground floor building with a floor area of approximately minimum 1100 sq.ft. (Not narrow strips) Should be situated within the heart of the town facing the main road with a minimum road frontage of 35 feet. Sufficient parking space for vehicles. 60 AMP 3 Phase electricity, water supply, Sri Lanka Telecom telephone connection, separate toilets for males and females, emergency exit and other infrastructure facilities. Floor area of the building should be tiled (2'X2') Properly ventilated 10'x10' room behind the building for a power generator (This room should be covered / protected with iron grills).
