• Tenders are invited for Requires a Suitable Building on Rent for a Minimum Period of Two (02) Years to Use as the Staff Quarters of the Bank of Ceylon at the following Location in the Uva Province: • Hasalaka • Must be constructed legally and should not be more than 10 years old. • Should have a floor area of at least 700 sq.ft. • Should have a suitably prepared parking with space for a minimum of three (03) vehicles. • Should have electricity and permanent water supply. • Should have a minimum of three (03) rooms and should consist of living room, kitchen, toilet and bathroom. • Should have a tiled floor and ceiling. • The building owner should agree to make the changes recommended by the bank after inspecting the building. The building owner should have the legal right to enter into an agreement with the bank. Interested building owners are requested to send copies of the approved building plan, folio, title deed, Lessor's Consent Letter if a lease entitlement, Certificate of Conformity and the expected monthly rental to reach the address below within 14 days of this advertisement.
