• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of 100 Nos of Sprinkler Irrigation Systems in Batticaloa District Bid Security: 240000 Non Refundable Fee: 5000/-. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Department,Agriculture Sector Modernization Project, Ministry of Agriculture, over the phone 0777419521; from 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. on working days during the period from 21/10/2021 to 08/11/2021. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee. The method of payment will be by cash to the Finance Manager of the Project. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 2.00 p.m. on 08/11/2021. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened immediately after the bid closing and bidders will not be allowed to attend the opening due to the current pandemic situation in the country. Bid prices will be announced via email soon after the bid opening. Complete bids shall be forwarded in two copies as the original and the duplicate. The original and the duplicate shall be enclosed separately and marked as the ‘original' and ‘duplicate- respectively in sealed envelopes. Both envelopes enclosed in a sealed single envelope and marked "Supply, Delivery, Installation & Commissioning of Sprinkler Irrigation Systems for Dry Chili & Potato Seeds Production Program in Eastern and Uva Provinces” on lop left-hand corner of the envelope.
