• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of 1000 Cubes of Manufactured Sand for Defence Headquarters Complex at Akuregoda A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address: The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Sri Lankan Rupees Four Thousand (LKR 4,000.00). The method of payment shall be by cash. A pre bid meeting will be held at 1000 hrs on 22nd November 2021 at Defence Headquarters Complex site at Akuregoda, Pelawatta, Battaramulla. Duly completed Bids shall be delivered to: The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee, Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla at or before 1000 hrs on 06th December 2021. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at Project Management Unit, Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Security of Sri Lankan Rupees One Hundred and Sixty Thousand (LKR 160,000.00) obtained from a reputed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. This Bid Security shall be in the form of unconditional and on demand guarantee acceptable to Purchaser, which shall be valid up to 21st March 2022 (105 days after the closing of Bid).
