• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of 30KV UPS Bid Security: 100000/-. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Division, Ministry of Education, 5th Floor, “Isurupaya” Battaramulla (Telephone : 011-2785573) and inspect the bidding documents free of charge from 09.00 am to 03.00 pm on working days until 26th October 2023. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders from the Procurement Division, Ministry of Education on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.45,000/ = for each document (The payment method will be by cash). A Pre- Bid meeting will be held at 10.45 am. 13th October 2023 at Procurement Division, 05th floor, of the Isurupaya, Ministry of Education. Interested bidders can inspect the site on 13th October between 9.00 am - 10.30 am. Bids must be delivered to the Procurement Division, Ministry of Education, 5th Floor, “Isurupaya” Battaramulla at or before 11.00 am. on 27th October 2023. Late bids will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend in person at the address given above after closing of bids.
