• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of 4 Wheel Tractor (2wd) (1 No.), Tractor Trailer (1 No.), Low Bed Trailer (4 Nos) Bid Security: 80000/- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Specialist - Climate Smart Irrigated Agriculture Project (CSIAP). Tel :0112871293 Fax 0112053167 and inspect the Bidding Documents at the each Project Office, address given below from 9.00 a.m to 3.00 p.m on working days. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the each Project office, address given below and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Rs 13,000.00 per Bidding document. The method of payment will be in Cash to the each Project Office from 09.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on working days until 27**1 September 2021. All Bids must be delivered to the Project Director, Climate Smart Irrigated Agriculture Project (CSIAP), No: 61/1, M.D.H Jayawardena Mawatha, Madinnagoda, Rajagiriya at or before 3.00 p.m on 27th September 2021. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing the bids in the presence of bidders/ bidders- representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 3.00 p.m. on 27t*1 September 2021. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Security for each lot separately as shown above issued by a bank, approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in the form included in the Bidding document. The pre bid meeting will be held at the address, Climate Smart Irrigated Agriculture Project (CSIAP), No : 61/1, M.D.H Jayawardena Mawatha, Madinnagoda, Rajagiriya on 16th September 2021 at 2.00 p.m. Interested bidders or their representatives may participate at this meeting at their own expense.
