• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of ABC Material to (Rural Road Projects) Executive Engineer-s Division - Kadugannawa. 1750 m3 Refundable Security: 100,000/-. A Complete Set of Bidding Documents ( Contract Works) in English Language shall be Purchased by Interested Bidders on Submission of a Written Application to the Chief Engineer-S Office, Rda, Kandy from 14.09.2021 until 23.09.2021 from 09.00 Hrs to 14.00 Hrs upon Payment of a Non Refundable Fee of Rs. 2,700.00 (including Vat). Bid shall be Accompanied by a Bid Security for an Amount Given in the above Table. Bid Security shall be Valid up to 19.01.2022. Tender Documents for Supplying Items can be Obtained by Paying Non Refundable Fee of Rs. 1080/ = (including Vat) to Chief Engineer-S Office, Kandy. Bidders can Submit Their Bids as Per the Format Issued by this Office with the Copy of Registration from Registrar of Public Contracts, to the Chairman, Procurement Committee Chief Engineer-S Office, Road Development Authority, Asgiriya, Kandy at or before 14.00 Hrs on 23.09.2021. Offers shall be Marked on Top Left Hand Corner of the Envelope the Contract Name and Number. Late Bids will be Rejected Unopened. Bids will be Opened at 14.30 Hrs on Same Day in the Presence of the Bidders- Representatives Who Choose to Attend.
