• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of All Consumables (Electric Bulbs, Ibbc Lights, Torch Batteries, Wires, Soaps, Liquids and Powders Required for Cleaning Toilets, Ekcl Brooms, Brooms, Brushes etc.) All applications may either be sent by registered post addressed to "Director, Teaching Hospital, Anuradhapura" or hand delivered. The caption, "Registration of Suppliers for year 2022" should be mentioned on the left-hand top comer of the envelope containing the application. Application forms will be issued up to 3.00 p.m. on government working days from 01.10.2021 until 31.10.2021. Separate applications should be submitted on application forms obtainable from this institution for each good and service. Further, a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1000/- should be paid for each item and service. This fee should be paid to the Shroff of this office and the original receipt obtained or a photocopy should be attached to the application. Cheques and Money Orders will not be accepted. All applications will be accepted only until 2.00 p.m on 15.11.2021. Late applications will be rejected.
