• Tenders are invited for Supply of All Textile Materials, Uniforms, Caps, Belts and Travelling Bags, Rexine, Mackintosh and Mosquito Nets A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1000.00 (Thousand) for one item and Rs. 200.00 (Two Hundred) for each additional item and the receipt obtained from the Shroff of the Hospital upon payment of the registration fee in cash or by a Money Order drawn in favour of "Director, District General Hospital, Embilipitiya" or the Bank Slip obtained upon crediting that amount to Account No. 7038649 maintained in favour of "Director, District General Hospital, Embilipitiya" in Embilipitiya Branch of Bank of Ceylon should be attached and submitted with the application.
