• Tenders are invited for Supply of All Hardware Items (Hardware Goods / Trolley Wheels / Nails / Hinges / Rubber Gloves / Leather Goods / Rubber Rugs) Self prepared applications as per the specimen given below along with the certified copy of the Business Registration Certificate and the receipt obtained upon payment of the fees may either be sent by registered post addressed to "Chairman, Regional Procurement Board, Sirimavo Bandaranaike Specialist Children-s Hospital, Peradeniya” or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the Office of the Accountant of this institution to receive before 2.00 p.m. on 30.11.2022. Late applications will not be accepted under any circumstance. A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1,000.00 should be paid for each item to the Shroff Division of this hospital on working days from 9.00 a.m. on 26.10.2022 up to 3.00 p.m. on 29.11.2022 and the receipt obtained should be submitted with the application. Cheques and Money Orders will not be accepted.
